 Oil was formed from the remains of animals and plants that lived millions of years ago in a marine (water) environment before the dinosaurs. Over the years, the remains were covered by layers of mud. Heat and pressure from these layers helped the remains turn into what we today call crude oil

Purchase: 

 I. Buyer issues L.O.I.
 II. Seller Issues F.C.O.
 III. Buyer signs & Seal F.C.O and returns to seller along with I.C.P.O
 IV. Seller issues Draft Sales & Purchase Agreement & Commercial Invoice
 V. Buyers Issues a Local Demand Draft to Petronas Dagangan Berhad (PDB) or Transmission Transfer (T/T) direct to Seller/PDB bank account for full amount of cargo value as follow the Commercial Invoice & submit together vessel’s Q88 with Crew List’s, Captain Name & mobile number & Import License.
